On Tuesday, Jan. 23, a Maplewood police officer observed a parked motor vehicle with fogged-up windows on Millburn Avenue. After conducting an investigation, police discovered Alexis Lluminquinga had walked off an NJ Transit bus and entered the vehicle, which did not belong to him, officers said.
While Lluminquinga was warming up inside the vehicle, he proceeded to vomit on himself and the interior of the vehicle, police said. Lluminquinga was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and was released pending a court date, police said.
